Back to School...

The summer is almost over and it is back to school time:
Back to Idaho State Univerity and the LDS Institute for Kelly-
Back to Downey Elementary to teach Kindergarten for Debbie-
Back to Marsh Valley High School for Kaden-
Back to Mountainview Elementary School for Kyle and Zoie-

It is always a scarey and exciting time for everyone.
I look forward to a break from the schedule as summer begins, and
I always look forward to being on a schedule again when the fall begins.

Christmas Plans....

We are looking forward to having EVERYONE home for Christmas! Jared and Haylie always enjoy coming home to snow, even though Haylie always freezes.
Family is the most important thing in life, and we wish your family a joyous season!

Here are a few of our favorite Christmas quotes:
Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas. ~Calvin Coolidge
I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year. ~Charles Dickens
Carly is a freshman at BYU in Provo. She is loving school and doing very well! We are looking forward to having her home for the holidays!

Kaden is a freshman in HS this year. He played varsity soccer for the school and is also involved with drama and music.

Kyle is in fifth grade and liking school! He played soccer in the fall and has been practicing wrestling, with with the middle school, and freestyle wrestling will begin in February. I hate it but he LOVES it!

Zoie is in second grade and she has been reading all the Junie B. Jones books she can get her hands on. She loves her gymnastics class and drives us crazy practicing cartwheels!!

Kelsie and Alan Potts

My kids think that it is so funny that Kelsie is now Mrs. Potts! Kelsie and Alan will be attending Idaho State University this Winter. That will put them in Pocatello...only half an hour away! We are excited! Kelsie is finishing up her pre-requisites for the nursing program, and Alan hopes to become a seminary teacher.
